Registration will open on Monday, November 30, 2026.​

 

In the meantime, please ​​check that your passport is up-to-date. We recommended a validity of six months past the return date of travel.

 

To renew your passport or apply for a new one, click the link below. Please note that passport processing times are unpredictable; please apply as soon as possible.

A note about flights...

​​​You will indicate your home office during the registration process. This determines your flight city. If there are circumstances that will have you away from home during this time, you can also indicate an alternate city in the “other” field.  All Indianapolis, Evansville and Columbus, Ohio employees and guests will be flying on the private Bowen charter flights out of Indianapolis unless otherwise requested during registration. For employees out of Valparaiso, the charter flight out of Indianapolis may also be an option. You will be prompted to choose either Indianapolis or Chicago-Midway as a preference during the registration process. If we are able to accomodate additional guests on the charter, we will do so.
